Policies

Bubbles has policies covering many areas in order to be sure that children are kept safe, secure and well cared for. Policies on any area can be inspected - please contact us to ask. We publish here our Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy.

Safeguarding Children

Bubbles is committed to building a 'culture of safety' in which the children in our care are protected from abuse and harm.

The Club's child protection procedures comply with all relevant legislation and with guidance issued by the Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB).

The Club's designated Child Protection Officer (CPO) is Kate Redshaw. The CPO coordinates child protection issues and liaises with external agencies (e.g. Social Care, the LSCB and Ofsted).

Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy

Booking

In order to secure a place for your child, you must book the sessions you require online. Log in and choose the centre (Wesley or St Andrew's) and you will then be able to book the sessions that you require.

Whilst we strive to cater for everyone's needs, we are finding it increasingly difficult to accommodate late bookings.

Bookings cannot be made in person, over the phone or by text.

A minimum of seven days notice before the session commnences is required for all bookings.

Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Places are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis.

If your child isn't booked in online, and therefore not on the register, we will NOT be able to accommodate them. In order to maintain a safe environment, we have strict staff: child ratios to adhere to.

Payment

Payment is required in advance, at the time of booking.

Cancellation

A session can be cancelled by logging in to your Magicbooking account and selecting the booking you no longer require. 48 hours notice is required to cancel a place otherwise fees remain payable. If 48 hours or more notice is given, a credit will be issued to your account.
